Pattern Notes: An example of Carrie Stevens’ Phase I streamers (earliest style) - tied on light wire long shanked Sproat hook. A packaged, labeled specimen at Rangeley Outdoor Heritage Museum was observed 6/24/2017. An unpackaged rendition appears in the book Forgotten Flies, by Paul Schmookler & Ingrid Sils on p536 (Mallory Cullen collection) as fly #161.
